OUR SERVICES

Visa services

— Reception from the applicants of documents required for the processing of entry visa and their primary verification, as well as the reception of necessary visa fees corresponding to the types of visa.

— Appointment of the date and time for interview and biometric procedures at the moment of application submission (only for US Embassy applicants).

— Delivery to the Embassy (Consulate) of the documents received from the applicants and payment of visa fees on behalf of the applicants.

— Delivery of passports issued by the Embassy (Consulate) with visas and other documents to the addresses indicated by the clients.

— Providing information to the applicants by phone and e-mail about:

  • Order of documents submission in PONY EXPRESS offices;
  • Work schedule of offices, their addresses, order and terms of the delivery of the passports issued by the Embassy (Consulate);
  • Location of documents and status of their delivery;
  • Other issues related to the reception and delivery of documents.

— Notification of the applicants about:

  • Date and time of interview if necessary (determined by the Embassy in the process of reviewing documents);
  • Necessary additional payments and documents required by the Embassy (Consulate);
  • Issue of passport by the Embassy (via e-mail and SMS in automatic mode);

— Providing to the applicants the opportunity independently to track the documents location at the Company's website in on-line mode..

Additional services

In the process of documents submission for issuing visas at the express centers, the applicants may take advantage of the following special services::

  • Service on completion questionnaires (Form DS-160) of the US Embassy in English;
  • Booking and sale of tickets;
  • Insurance of persons traveling abroad;
  • Express photo on visas and other documents;
  • Photocopying, sending of facsimile and electronic messages;
  • Insurance policy in case of visa refusal

In express centers the applicants can also use the Company's standard services of delivery standard shipments around the city and express mail in Russia and the CIS, international shipments at a discount of 5% of the fare. Shipments are acceptable of up to 5 kg inclusive. Discount is available upon payment in cash.
