Insurance policy

For submission of visa documents, as well as for traveling abroad you need an insurance policy. You can arrange it at the Visa Application Center before submission of your documents (for full set of documents) or at any other time (for traveling).

We offer insurance policies of the following insurance companies:

• JSC "Alpha Insurance"
• JSC "ERGO"
• JSC "Ingosstrakh"

Our specialist will issue an insurance policy for you, in accordance with the requirements of the Embassy and your wishes by selecting the appropriate date, the insurance program and coverage.

You can arrange the insurance policy for your first travelling or multiple, valid for a year. For the submission of documents for a Schengen visa you enough to issue an insurance policy for the first trip.

The average cost of insurance policy is 0.7 euros per day.

Insurance policy in case of visa refusal

Nothing can be an absolute guarantee of obtaining a visa, but you can guarantee the return of your money - to issue the insurance policy in case of visa refusal. This insurance policy is issued for the compensation of funds spent for visa at the Visa Application Center (visa fee, service fee, photographic service, service on translation of the application / complex service, copying service and so on).

Your costs will not exceed the fixed cost of the insurance policy:

• The cost of insurance policy of the Program 1 (covering 2 000-20 000 RUB) is 12.5% of the total costs (visa fee, service fee, photographic service, service on translation of the application / complex service, copying service, service fee for issuing tickets).
• The cost of insurance policy of the Program 2 (covering 20 000- 27 000 RUB) is 15.6% of the total costs (visa fee, service fee, photographic service, service on translation of the application / complex service, copying service, service fee for issuing tickets, VIP service).

Purchasing of airline tickets

You can use the purchasing service of tickets for inner and international flights. In our office you can purchase tickets on tariffs of the airlines before or after of documents submission.

Service fee for issuing airline tickets – 1000 RUB.
