Collect documents

To collect your international passport you must present your original (not a photocopy) of government-issued ID for identification to the PONY EXPRESS employee. We recommend you also to bring a printed copy of your appointment letter.

If representative on your behalf is collecting your international passport from the PONY EXPRESS office (even in case of family members), the representative must present:

• Their own original government-issued ID for identification
• Photocopy of your government-issued ID
• Letter of authority, signed by you, authorizing your representative to collect your international passport. The letter of authority must contain the following information:
  
  - Your representative's full name as shown on their government-issued ID
  
  - Your full name

If the applicant is under the age of 18, the following documents are required:

• Original, signed letter of authority from either of the applicant's parents;
• Clear photocopy of the government-issued ID belonging to the parent who signed the applicant's letter of authority;
• The representative's original government-issued ID;
• If the passport of the under aged applicant is collected by one of the parents, the parent will need to provide the original of the parent’s internal passport with an appropriate record in Children section of the passport, confirming that the person is a parent of this applicant. Alternatively the parent can show the original of child’s birth certificate, which would indicate the same.

Note: In case of a group/family, a single letter of authority with the required information for each of the applicants will be accepted.
