List of required documents
- Application in 2 copies, filled in English. Last name, first name and patronymic of applicant is required to Latin letters, as in the passport. All information in the application should comply with the information of the accompanying documents of applicant and guarantor.
- International passport. The passport must have at least two blank pages. The title page should have a personal signature of passport holder. If children entered in the passport of accompanying parent, photograph of child should be fixed in the passport.
- Copy of the passport page with photo (position of copy on the page should be vertical). See Picture 1.
- Copy of the parent passport if child is entered in it (page where name of child is entered). Only for children. Position of copy, please, see Picture 1.

- Power of attorney to submit documents to the Embassy, signed personally by the applicant.
- Two photos size 4.5 cm x 4.5 cm, color or black and white, glued to the application.
- Copy of passport page with photo and page with registration or copy of birth certificate for children. Position of copy, please, see Picture 1.
- Certificate of employment with indication of position and salary. If applicant does not work, he should have a bank statement of cash flows for the last three months, or a sponsor letter (employment certificate of the sponsor).
- Certificate from the place of study (if child is studying). Only for children.
- Sponsor letter from one of parents (in free form). Sponsor letter should be in any way even if child travels with or without parents. Parent, in whose passport the child is entered, should prepare the sponsor letter. Only for children.
- In the case of relatives' visit you should to provide additional documents to prove your relationship (birth certificate (copy), marriage certificate (copy)).
- Minors (under 18 years) who will travel without their parents or with one parent should have notarized permission to travel from both parents or from one parent who won't accompany the child on the trip.
- Documents that prepared by the inviting party in Japan. You should provide following documents to obtain for tourist visa:
- Program of visit, signed personally by the applicant in English with indication of: date / time of departure and arrival, flight number, city of departure and arrival airport name; name of the hotel with address and phone number (You should write your program for every day).
- Copies of booking tickets in both directions
- Completed Consent to processing of personal data, signed by the applicant personally.
