Procedure of documents submission

Dear travelers!

PONY EXPRESS Visa Application Center shall accept documents for registration of single and multiple entry visa to Japan (for period not more than 90 days) for the citizens of Russia to commit short-term travel:

• Business
• Friends'/Relatives' Visits
• Tourism None of above mentioned purpose of visit is intended to work or other activities related to the receipt of profit in Japan.

Please note that applicants from the Primorskiy Kray, the Kamchatsky Kray and the Magadan Region should submit their documents for visa to Japan directly to the Consulate General in Vladivostok.

Citizens of the Republic of Buryatia, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Khabarovskiy Kray, the Amur Region, the Irkutsk Region, the Chita Region, the Jewish Autonomous District, and the Aginsk Buryat Autonomous District should submit their documents directly to the Consulate General in Khabarovsk.

Applicants from the Sakhalin Region should submit their documents to the Consulate General in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

Procedure of submission for a visa is as follows:

1. It is necessary to contact the inviting party and the guarantor (one person may act as such), who should prepare a set of documents corresponding to a particular type of travel;
2. The guarantor and the inviting party should prepare and gather all necessary documents, and then send the original of these documents and one copy of them to the applicant, who lives in Russia or the CIS countries (documents that sent directly to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy or Consulate General of Japan will not be accepted). When applicant will get such documents after that he or she should apply for a visa.

The list of documents that filled of the inviting party, should strictly accord with the applicant's purpose of travel:

• Short-term business trip (single entry visit)

Business (official meetings, negotiations, contract signing, meetings, after-sales service, advertising, marketing), cultural / sports exchange, exchange between local authorities, short-term training, etc.

• Short-term business trip (multiple entry)

Business trips, visits to cultural / sporting exchange, with purpose of exchange between local governments that required repeated visits to Japan

• Relatives' visits

Relatives' visits to the third degree.

• Friends' visits

Friends' / acquaintances' visits or tourism at the invitation of private individual.

• Tourist trip by the guarantee of travel agency

Tourist trip by the guarantee of Japanese travel agency registered in the register of tour operators in accordance with the law on tourist activity.

3. Submit the prepared documents to the Moscow or regional offices of PONY EXPRESS, where our specialist will check them for completeness and compliance with the requirements;
4. Pay PONY EXPRESS service fee
