Delivery of documents is carried out within 2-5 business days from PONY EXPRESS regional offices to the appropriate Diplomatic missions.

Delivery of documents from the Diplomatic missions of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok to the appropriate PONY EXPRESS offices to these cities is carried out on the day of issue documents by the Diplomatic missions after 17:00.

Delivery of issued documents by the Diplomatic missions to the addresses specified by clients is carried out during the next working day within cities Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok (without prior notice).

In the absence of clients at the time of delivery on the specified addresses the documents will be returned to the PONY EXPRESS office with a purpose of coordination of re-delivery term by telephone or their issuance "On demand" at the offices of the company.

Delivery of issued documents by the Diplomatic missions is carried out within 1-3 business days within Moscow Region after prior arrangement of the delivery date with clients by telephone.
