Term of the transfer and delivery of documents

• Documents submitted in Moscow will transfer to the Embassy on the next working day.
• Documents submitted in other cities, will transfer on the next business day after their reception in Moscow office.

The Embassy will consider visa documents during 6 working days. In urgent cases, the Embassy reserves the right to increase the period of consideration of visa applications at its discretion.

Documents issued from the Embassy, are delivered within the Russian Federation at the specified address of the applicant in accordance with a special list of offices which are opened to serve applicants. If your city is not in the list of offices, your documents will be delivered to the regional office nearest to your city "On demand". If you change the previously specified delivery address, you must fill out an application form. By the request of the client the documents will transfer to the PONY EXPRESS offices.
