Term of the transfer and delivery of documents

• Documents submitted in Moscow will transfer to the Embassy on the next working day.
• Documents submitted in other cities, will transfer on the next business day after their reception in Moscow office.

Term of application consideration for short-term visa (without accounting the period required for the preparation of documents by the inviting party) is 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

*At the discretion of the Embassy the term of consideration may be increased and therefore the Embassy does not guarantee issuance of a visa in time. So please provide your visa documents in advance.

Documents issued from the Embassy, are delivered within the Russian Federation at the specified address of the applicant in accordance with a special list of offices which are opened to serve applicants. If your city is not in the list of offices, your documents will be delivered to the regional office nearest to your city "On demand".

If you change the previously specified delivery address, you must fill out an application form. By the request of the client the documents will transfer to the PONY EXPRESS offices.
